Home to multiple Opens, and the famous “Duel in the Sun” between Watson and Nicklaus in 1977, this link with a lot of historical connection with the Second World War, presents between holes 4 and 12 perhaps the most impressive string of 9 consecutive holes on the sea. The course is part of Trump Turnberry, considered the best Golf Resort in Scotland with beautiful views of Ailsa Craig (the enormous rock that rises from the sea).
